SPS COMMERCE

Business Challenge: SPS Commerce needed to encourage and enhance employee collaboration

Co-Created Solution: As part of the design team, Prevolv helped to develop work stations using multiple wall and fixture heights. This created areas of privacy and spaces for collaboration. The multiple heights added to the visual appeal within the space and evolved a more organic landscape throughout the office.

OPUS ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS

Business Challenge: Opus asked us to create a new space that accommodated all their employees from many locations into a single corporate office. They particularly wanted to set a standard from which facility changes could easily be made in the future.

Co-Created Solution: Prevolv created a work setting with maximum work surface for their engineers and customized storage for their large documents. The solution was based on a simple kit of parts that ensured ease of replication for future workstations. This approach also provided ability to reuse virtually 100% of product when moving back into a new corporate headquarters.

CARIBOU COFFEE

Business Challenge: Caribou Coffee wanted their national brand to be unique and distinct from their major competitor. Their retail locations were making the shift back to the feel of the north woods lodge. So they needed their new corporate office space to feature that same lodge sense of presence.

Co-Created Solution: The resulting environment captured just the right tone of the Caribou aesthetic. With maximum natural wood trim, warm and richly textured fabrics, and extremely flexible furniture that could be easily reconfigured, their new space solution powerfully emphasizes the distinction of what it means to be Caribou Coffee.

PENTAIR, INC

Business Challenge: Pentair needed to consolidate their various business groups in to a new corporate headquarters. Throughout their project, they had a focused objective to improve the flow and reduce the cycle time of their business processes.

Co-Created Solution: Prevolv worked to create non-linear work spaces within an open environment that was reflective of the corporate headquarters of a publicly traded company. The new office space allows for increased collaboration and improved process management.

MOTORS MANAGEMENT

Business Challenge: Motors Management (Luther Auto Group) required more usable space that evoked a greater sense of sophistication, while being comfortable and inviting. The space needed to serve their corporate dealer training, management, and finance staff.

Co-Created Solution: Prevolv worked with Motors Management and the independent design firm to create a unique branded style and color palette using a mix of materials and colors that instilled a sense of pride in the employees. The new upscale effects were carried throughout the facility and into both the open and private offices.

SAFCO PRODUCTS COMPANY

Business Challenge: Safco wanted a space within their corporate facility to accommodate their call center and customer service employees. A key requirement was that the environment needed to energize employees upon arrival and during breaks. Socializing and enjoying the work environment encourages the Safco staff to stay loyal to the company.

Co-Created Solution: Prevolv worked closely with Safco’s executive team and their design firm to implement a truly unique space using a furniture solution that is simple and elemental, while being comfortable and inspiring. The new furniture and fixtures follow the flowing open architecture to achieve an integrated sense of space.

GOODRICH SENSOR AND INTEGRATED SYSTEMS

Business Challenge: Goodrich relies on hiring the best and brightest engineers. So the work environment is critical to attracting and retaining that talent. At the same time, the engineers require work space that is highly functional. All this needed to flex easily as needs expand and allow for a relatively low cost of ownership.

Co-Created Solution: Prevolv worked with Goodrich and their design consultant to develop a single workstation design that addressed the ergonomic needs of the engineers, while using a mix of materials and textiles. The result is a dynamic space that presents an appealing image for both prospective and current employees.
